**Application Engineering Manager**
The Application Engineering Manager oversees the applications engineering team, acting as the main technical liaison between customers and internal teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales. This position is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing new product launches, offering strategic technical guidance, and handling intricate technical challenges. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in fiber optic connectivity or similar technical domains. Additionally, candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or project leadership capacity, along with strong skills in MS Office and fundamental knowledge of 3-D CAD/GD&T.
