**Job Title: APR Technician**
The APR Technician is responsible for delivering intermediate-level Tier 2 assistance for escalated issues, which includes troubleshooting both hardware and software. This role entails providing support to remote users, managing ServiceNow ticketing, and conducting analysis of trends. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in IT support, alongside a background in supporting enterprise desktop environments.
