**Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator**
The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for managing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform, focusing on governance, configuration, and the automation of workflows. This role will involve overseeing the health of the CMDB, analyzing operational metrics, and working closely with stakeholders to refine service management processes. Applicants should possess over 5 years of experience in ITSM, ITOM, or ITIL environments and demonstrate strong practical skills in ServiceNow administration. A degree in a relevant field and expertise in business analysis and IT infrastructure are essential.
