**Job Title: Specialty Chemical Sales Specialist**
This position is responsible for promoting and selling specialty chemical products while overseeing the entire sales process, from the initial lead generation through to the closure of deals. The specialist will maintain relationships with current customers, offer insights into the market, and supervise sales representatives to ensure that performance objectives are achieved. Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a similar discipline. A minimum of three years’ experience in sales or business development in the specialty chemicals or advanced materials sector is essential.
