Job Summary
The Architectural Sales Support role focuses on providing essential assistance to the sales team by compiling and delivering accurate architectural information and specifications to clients. This position is pivotal in strengthening client relationships and enhancing overall sales performance through effective communication and support.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales representatives by providing technical data and product specifications in response to client inquiries.
- Prepare detailed presentations and documentation to aid in project proposals and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather pertinent information for the sales team.
- Maintain an organized database of architectural references and product information for easy access.
- Respond to customer follow-ups and provide additional support as needed to close sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in architectural support or a similar role within a sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is highly favorable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.
