**Area Business Manager**
The Area Business Manager will sustain a regular, hands-on presence in the Central region to collect insights at the field level and connect sales teams with senior management. This role entails assessing account dynamics, monitoring patient volume, and providing training to guarantee uniform performance throughout the area. Ideal candidates should possess more than 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably with a background in rare disease or specialty sales. A bachelor’s degree is mandatory, and the position requires excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities alongside a willingness to travel frequently.
