Job Summary
The Surgical Technologist plays a critical role in the dynamic environment of the operating room, providing essential support in surgical procedures for pediatric patients. This position focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining sterile conditions during operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist surgical teams with procedures in a fast-paced operating room setting.
- Ensure adherence to sterile techniques throughout surgical processes.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to uphold quality patient care standards.
- Implement best practices in relation to respiratory etiquette and hospital protocols.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Surgical Technician Program or equivalent training.
- Understanding of sterile technique and procedures in an operating room.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a surgical environment.
