Job Summary
The Area Director plays a crucial role in fostering revenue growth, enhancing mission effectiveness, and bolstering the volunteer network within a designated geographical region. This position is tasked with the execution of national strategic objectives while overseeing the recruitment of volunteers and ensuring that chapters adhere to established organizational policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in non-profit special event fundraising.
- Experience in volunteer board management.
- Proficiency in technology and digital tools necessary for operations.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
