Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager is accountable for the overall physical upkeep of the property. This role involves leading the maintenance team and managing both the budget and operational aspects. The goal is to ensure the property remains in excellent condition while adhering to safety standards and ensuring resident satisfaction through effective management of work orders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the property’s maintenance staff and their performance.
- Manage and optimize the operating budget for maintenance operations.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Enhance resident satisfaction by effectively handling work orders and maintenance requests.
Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in multifamily maintenance.
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Possession of an active EPA certification is mandatory.
- Preferred candidates will have a CPO certification.
