Job description
The Area Director is responsible for managing 11 Massage Envy locations in Northern Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, focusing on enhancing revenue and profitability. This role involves spearheading business development efforts, ensuring adherence to operational standards, and promoting a servant leadership culture among the managers of the various locations. Ideal candidates will possess leadership experience, ideally within the wellness or sales sectors, and have a solid grasp of profit and loss accountability. The position demands extensive travel, up to 75%, and requires expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.
