Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful and profitable operation of the restaurant. This position focuses on managing day-to-day facility activities, supervising staff, and enhancing guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer service.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing improvements.
- Achieve targeted profit margins set by the management.
- Maintain and enforce health and safety regulations within the establishment.
- Develop and implement action plans to address operational challenges.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of managerial or supervisory experience in a related field.
- Possess a valid driver’s license along with adequate car insurance.
- Preferred: A degree in a relevant discipline.
- Preferred: Certification in food safety practices.
- Must be able to commit to working at least 50 hours weekly.
