Job Summary
The Area Solutions Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing operational effectiveness across designated customer accounts, aiming for both profitable growth and excellence in project delivery. This role collaborates with central operations teams to enhance performance, oversee budgets, and offer strategic assistance to the sales and project management teams.

Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in a project-focused, solutions, or engineering environment.
- Demonstrated financial and operational leadership abilities.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business is preferred.
