Job Summary
The Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) will deliver exceptional inpatient rehabilitative services to patients in a hospital environment. This role involves collaboration with a team of physicians and coordination with case management to promote successful patient recovery and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality rehabilitative care to hospitalized patients.
- Collaborate effectively with a physician group to optimize patient treatment plans.
- Coordinate with case management to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure effective communication with patients and their families regarding care plans and progress.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active nursing license in Florida.
- Demonstrated strong bedside manner to enhance patient interactions.
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
