**Art Director**
The Art Director plays a pivotal role in delivering creative direction and design management within the Publishing division, ensuring that the brand’s integrity is maintained across all projects. Key responsibilities include guiding and mentoring the design team, overseeing project processes, and working closely with various departments to uphold quality and production benchmarks. Applicants should possess a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, alongside strong skills in leadership, communication, and project management, is essential.
