Director, Transplant Center – Kidney Transplant Operation

The Director of the Kidney Transplant Program is tasked with delivering strategic leadership and overseeing operations, prioritizing outstanding patient care and adherence to regulatory standards. Responsibilities include comprehensive management of clinical and administrative functions around the clock, supervising staff, and encouraging the growth of the program. Applicants should hold a degree from an accredited School of Nursing, along with a Master’s in Nursing, Business, or Public Health. Additionally, a minimum of three years of clinical management experience in a hospital or outpatient environment is essential.
