Job Summary
The Food Service Director is responsible for managing the daily dining services in a long-term care setting. This role encompasses ensuring adherence to food safety regulations and standards while delivering exceptional dining experiences to residents.

- Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory standards.

- Maintain accurate inventory and manage food supplies.
- Provide high-quality dining experiences tailored to residents’ needs.
Qualifications
- An associate degree in food service management or hospitality is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in food production and supervisory roles.
- Must acquire designated food safety and dietary management certifications within the first 60 days of employment.
