**Job Title: Sourcing Manager**
The Sourcing Manager will spearhead comprehensive sourcing projects covering all aspects from request for proposals (RFPs) to contract negotiations, aimed at enhancing supplier performance and realizing cost efficiencies. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization to formulate sourcing strategies that are in line with company objectives while maintaining procurement compliance. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of advancing experience in strategic sourcing or procurement in a global setting. Essential qualifications include strong analytical abilities, familiarity with procurement technologies such as Coupa, and a demonstrated track record of successful supplier negotiations.
