The Maintenance Team Leader will supervise maintenance associates, provide technical troubleshooting support, and develop team members through training and coaching. They are responsible for ensuring plant reliability, managing machine downtime, and maintaining safety and quality compliance. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong hands-on technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems, along with proficiency in office software, are required.
