**Job Title: ACT Team Lead**
The ACT Team Lead is responsible for delivering clinical, operational, and administrative guidance for a diverse team dedicated to supporting adults with significant mental health challenges. This role includes managing program activities, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, all while retaining a limited clinical caseload. Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a relevant human services discipline and hold an active clinical license, such as LPC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT, or LMSW. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of three years of direct service experience, which must include at least two years in community-based treatment settings.
