Job Summary
The Asphalt Plant Operator is responsible for the effective operation and oversight of asphalt production equipment and systems at the Silver Star Construction Co., Inc. facility located in Moore, Oklahoma. The operator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient asphalt production processes while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the operation of asphalt production equipment.
- Ensure that all systems function effectively to meet production quotas.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors, coworkers, drivers, and various team members.
- Maintain safety and quality control standards during the production process.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.
Qualifications
