The Process Engineer will validate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment while implementing new laser weld and burn-in processes. They are responsible for providing daily production support, ensuring compliance with MIL STD specifications, and improving overall process efficiency. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess 1 to 5 years of manufacturing experience. Proficiency in data analysis tools and hands-on experience with electrical systems and optics equipment are required.
