Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Asphalt Plant Operator to become a part of our team at the Asphalt Plant located in Auburn, New York. The successful candidate will have the expertise to manage plant controls and oversee production processes, ensuring precise operation throughout.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control plant operations to guarantee accurate production levels.
- Operate loaders and dozers at material bins and stockpiles efficiently.
- Communicate consistently with supervisors, drivers, and maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Asphalt Plant Operator.
- Strong understanding of plant operations and production control.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery including loaders and dozers.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
