Job Summary
A well-established contractor is seeking a dedicated and skilled Asphalt Plant Operator to be part of our team in Prescott, Arizona. This position involves working onsite and supports both local and statewide projects, specifically focusing on the operation of hot mix asphalt plants.
Responsibilities
- Operate a hot mix asphalt plant efficiently and safely.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control department to maintain product standards.
- Complete daily production logs, reports, and records accurately.
- Participate in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of three years of experience operating a hot mix asphalt plant is required.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills for coordination with team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development as needed.
