Job Summary
Texas Materials, a subsidiary of CRH, is looking for an Asphalt Plant Operator based in Elgin, Texas. The ideal candidate will manage operations at the asphalt plant, with a primary focus on ensuring the production process is safe, efficient, and up to quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the operations of the asphalt plant to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Monitor plant controls to ensure production is on track.
- Coordinate the flow of materials within the plant.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies during operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in asphalt production or a similar field preferred.
- Strong understanding of plant operations and maintenance practices.
- Ability to work effectively onsite and communicate with team members.
- Commitment to safety and quality in all operational processes.
