Lone Star Paving, a prominent paving contractor based in Texas, is looking for an Asphalt Plant Operator – Safety & Production Lead to facilitate the seamless functioning of plant operations. This position emphasizes a commitment to safety while managing loading, shipping, and maintenance tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Ensure effective operation of the asphalt plant while prioritizing safety protocols.
- Oversee the loading and shipping processes to maintain workflow efficiency.

- Engage in physical tasks including climbing and operation of forklifts.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure all operations are conducted smoothly.
Qualifications
