Job Summary
The Asphalt Plant Operator position involves managing the operations of a Stan Steel hot mix drum plant. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient production of hot mix asphalt, which is critical for various construction projects. The operator will be required to work at various job sites or properties and perform tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Operate the Stan Steel hot mix drum plant effectively to produce hot mix asphalt.
- Monitor and manage the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Transport equipment and materials to job sites as needed.
- Follow directions and fulfill tasks as assigned by supervisory staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operating asphalt plants or a similar field.
- Knowledge of the production process involved in creating hot mix asphalt.
- Ability to follow safety standards and practices while performing duties.
