Job description
The Machine Operator plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining production equipment for the creation of capsules and tablets, adhering to established quality and safety protocols. It is essential for the operator to meticulously record production activities in batch records and prepare equipment for production cycles through thorough cleaning. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, along with a minimum of one year’s experience in operating encapsulation or compression machinery. Additionally, the position demands physical capabilities to lift weights up to 50 lbs and to remain standing for up to 8 hours, as well as proficiency in reading and writing in English.
