Job Summary
This position involves executing various assembly tasks related to core stacking, landing and topping, pre-wiring, and final assembly. The role necessitates adherence to job instructions, specifications, bills of materials, safety data sheets, and blueprints to ensure accurate and safe assembly of transformer components.
Responsibilities
- Execute assembly work for core stacking, landing and topping, pre-wiring, and final assembly.
- Follow job instructions, specifications, and blueprints carefully.
- Prepare necessary materials and tools for the assembly process.
- Assemble and wire transformer components as per defined requirements.
- Operate relevant equipment in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain essential dimensions and clearances throughout the assembly tasks.
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage materials setup effectively.
- Capability to utilize a variety of hand and powered tools and equipment.
- Meet established productivity standards as part of the assembly tasks.
