Key duties involve managing work processes, creating a positive team culture, and driving initiatives for continuous improvement. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, with a preference for those having at least 5 years. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, proficiency in ERP systems, and knowledge of lean methodologies are crucial. An associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
