Sunday – Thursday 11pm – 7am
Assembler I Overview:
In the role of Assembler I, you will engage in the assembly and testing of various voltage regulators within a continuous flow manufacturing setting. Your contributions will be vital to achieving production objectives by fabricating top-quality components in line with established work protocols, facilitating timely deliveries and optimal product performance.
Assembler I Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the assembly and testing of voltage regulators while adhering to standard operating and safety procedures.
- Conduct inspections and perform quality control checks throughout the assembly phase.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic devices for component construction.
- Identify issues and repair defective units or components as necessary.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and shipping teams to ensure timely assembly and dispatch of products.
- Operate overhead cranes and industrial machinery to transport materials as required.
- Assist in the modification or repair of equipment provided by customers.
- Cross-train and provide support to fellow team members when needed.
Assembler I Required Qualifications:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship from the company.
- Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the Waukesha, WI location. (Note: This geographic criterion does not apply to active-duty military personnel.)
Assembler I Preferred Skills:
- A High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Willingness and capability to work overtime as required.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and carry out physical activities including bending, twisting, reaching, walking, and pushing/pulling materials, with or without reasonable accommodations.
