Job Summary
The Assembler I plays a vital role in the manufacturing process by assembling various components to create finished products. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to follow precise assembly instructions.
Responsibilities
- Execute assembly tasks according to predetermined specifications and production schedules.
- Inspect assembled products for quality assurance and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and assist in troubleshooting assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Document production processes as required and report any discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and assembly instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
