Job description
The Controller will establish and take charge of the company’s accounting operations, spearheading the shift to comprehensive US GAAP accrual accounting. Key responsibilities involve managing the monthly closing process, ensuring tax compliance, and acting as the main liaison for external audit teams. Applicants should possess over 8 years of advanced accounting experience, with a strong understanding of US GAAP, preferably in a marketplace or fintech context. Expertise in QuickBooks, SQL, and overseeing outsourced accounting teams is essential.
