Job description
The Assistant Chief Engineer is responsible for delivering maintenance assistance and ensuring prompt service for client inquiries. This role involves upkeep of the grounds, pools, and shared spaces, alongside executing preventative maintenance and addressing urgent repair needs. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Key certifications required for this position include an EPA 608 Type II license as well as a valid driver’s license.
