The Principal Manufacturing Member of Technical Staff will be responsible for designing manufacturing strategies and steering industrialization initiatives throughout the product portfolio. This role involves establishing and executing a uniform Design for X framework to guarantee product manufacturability, quality, and scalability. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and possess substantial experience in the industrialization of intricate mechanical products. Proficient knowledge of GD&T, problem-solving on the shop floor, and willingness to undertake frequent travel for on-site implementations are essential qualifications.
