**Assistant Club Director**
The Assistant Club Director is responsible for assisting in the management of everyday operations, providing support and guidance to staff members, and ensuring a secure and stimulating atmosphere for young people. Key duties include organizing activities, keeping accurate records, and fostering strong connections with families and community stakeholders. Applicants should be a minimum of 18 years old, hold a High School Diploma or GED, and have at least two years of experience working with school-age children. Moreover, candidates must possess either 48 college credits or a Paraeducator Certificate.
