**Assistant Collections Manager**
The Assistant Collections Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the collections team, ensuring the department achieves its objectives. This role involves managing intricate portfolios of delinquent loans while also offering specialized knowledge in areas such as loss mitigation, recovery strategies, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Qualified candidates should possess at least five years of experience in collections, particularly with consumer or real estate portfolios. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred, along with a proven track record in leadership or supervisory roles.
