**Job Title: Business Analyst I**
The Business Analyst I plays a crucial role in converting business needs into viable solutions for clients while aiding in system configuration, integration tasks, and testing procedures. This position serves as a liaison between the Customer Care and Product Management departments, ensuring that project activities are executed as planned. Ideal candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or have comparable experience, with a preference for those who have 2-4 years of relevant professional background. A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, REST API troubleshooting, and familiarity with programming languages such as Java, SQL, and JavaScript is highly sought after.
