**Job Title: Assistant Community Manager**
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for the daily management of property operations, which includes maintaining financial records, managing rent collection, and processing invoices. This role also entails overseeing leasing activities, marketing efforts, and fostering positive resident relationships to boost property occupancy and enhance resident satisfaction. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in tax credit housing and be well-versed in multi-family property management. Familiarity with HUD regulations and OneSite software is advantageous, coupled with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
