**Job Title: Family Support Specialist**
The Family Support Specialist provides essential interventions within homes, schools, and community settings to assist youth and their families in reaching emotional and social health goals. This role involves working closely with treatment teams to create tailored care plans and ensuring precise documentation in the electronic medical record system. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a human services discipline or demonstrate equivalent education and experience. Additionally, applicants must be 21 years or older, successfully complete a criminal background screening, and exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
