Job description
The Assistant Director will be responsible for guiding the Investment Operations team in facilitating daily investment functions, which encompass trade support, reconciliations, and cash flow management. This role will also involve ensuring the reliability of investment systems and promoting collaboration across departments to achieve alignment throughout the organization. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, with a master’s degree or relevant industry certifications such as CPA or CFA being essential. A minimum of ten years of advancing leadership experience within investment operations or middle office roles is required.
