Job description
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the facility, which encompasses community engagement, safeguarding assets, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. This role involves enhancing financial outcomes, overseeing store budgets, and leading, mentoring, and developing hourly team members. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of higher education or have a combination of at least 1 year of retail experience along with 1 year of supervisory experience.
