**Assistant Director of Nursing**
The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for providing clinical oversight for residents, coordinating staff schedules, and managing in-service training as well as educational requirements. This position also entails monitoring infection control practices, documenting incidents, and performing daily rounds to guarantee exceptional patient care. Applicants should possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, with prior experience in nursing leadership and a solid comprehension of long-term care regulations.
