**Assistant Director of Nursing**
The Assistant Director of Nursing plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of nursing, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and healthcare standards. Primary responsibilities involve managing infection control protocols and wound care initiatives, alongside supervising nursing personnel and orchestrating resident care activities. Applicants should hold a Registered Nurse (RN) degree and have a minimum of three years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
