The Director of IT will lead corporate IT operations, including end-user services, identity management, endpoint security, and business SaaS platforms. This role is responsible for the cost, reliability, and security of the corporate technology estate while managing the IT service desk and team development. Candidates must have 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a management capacity and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in ITSM platforms, identity management, and budget oversight is required, along with a track record of consolidating IT environments.
