**Job Title: Assistant F&B Manager**
The Assistant F&B Manager is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that guests receive outstanding service while also optimizing profitability and adhering to environmental guidelines. Key responsibilities include managing staff, creating schedules, handling payroll, and implementing operational controls and safety measures. Applicants should possess a background in high-volume hospitality management, encompassing procurement, inventory management, and employee scheduling. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and knowledge of POS or workforce management systems are essential, with a preference for candidates who have five years of experience in senior leadership roles.
