Job description
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for managing daily operations of the hotel, including housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and the front desk, to uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional service. This role involves collaborating with the General Manager to enhance revenue, oversee property performance metrics, and promote a cooperative, high-achieving team environment. Applicants should possess an associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline, along with at least 2 years of leadership experience in the hospitality sector.
