Job description
The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in ensuring the effective and profitable management of the venue, directly overseeing restaurant managers and staff. This position involves supporting various operational aspects, including financial forecasting, labor management, inventory oversight, and maintaining exceptional guest service standards. Ideal candidates will possess three to five years of supervisory experience in high-volume food and beverage settings, along with an associate’s degree. Strong communication abilities, capacity to manage a demanding workload in a dynamic environment, and appropriate health and alcohol safety certifications are essential for success in this role.
