Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for guiding and developing the sales team to achieve membership and fitness service sales objectives. This role encompasses managing everyday gym operations, ensuring the facility is well-maintained, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Oversee daily operations of the gym.
- Ensure the facility is maintained to high standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- 3-4 years of sales experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Ability to lift over 40 lbs.
- Must obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
