Job Summary
The Leasing Agent plays a vital role in driving sales and leasing efforts to meet the occupancy objectives of the community. This position not only involves showcasing properties through tours but also managing the application process. Additionally, the Leasing Agent is tasked with ensuring that apartments are prepared for new residents, implementing effective marketing strategies, and fostering strong relationships with occupants.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for potential residents.
- Process leasing applications and manage the application follow-up.
- Ensure that apartments are ready for new tenants.
- Develop and execute marketing programs to attract prospective renters.
- Maintain positive interactions and relationships with current residents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of leasing experience in the multifamily housing sector.
- Strong background in sales and exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in property management software and applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends as needed.
