Drive roadmap execution, operational excellence, engineering quality, and team development while balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform investments. Requires at least 8 years building and operating large-scale platforms or multi-tenant systems and at least 5 years managing engineers. Candidates should have strong technical judgment, experience translating business goals into technical strategy and aligning teams across an organization, and the ability to build trust, give candid feedback, and facilitate technical decisions.
