Job description
The Assistant General Manager collaborates with the General Manager to manage store operations, achieve sales targets, and guarantee outstanding customer service. This role includes responsibilities for team training, administrative duties, inventory management, and upholding store standards. Applicants should possess 1-3 years of experience in the restaurant or retail sector and be at least 18 years of age. A high school diploma or GED is desirable, and candidates must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, and weekends.
